Gideon Carpenter has been working in the motion picture and television business for over 25 years. College trained as a still photographer, Gideon transitioned to working in television, shooting commercials on location and in the studio.

     With an unmistakeable talent for lighting, Gideon transitioned to the motion picture industry, and after a few short years he was hired as the Gaffer on several movies shooting in the Southeast.

     Around ten years ago, Gideon returned to shooting … putting his hard-earned knowledge to work for series, commercials and independent projects as Director of Photography.
